An Enchanting Canal-Side Kildare Wedding

A summer wedding at the historic Cliff at Lyons in Celbridge, Co. Kildare, is like stepping into a romantic village fairytale. When Ieva and Alan came to us to design their florals, they envisioned a vintage “shabby chic” theme to match the venue’s stone walls, slate roofs, and beautiful canal. They chose a warm, unique palette of peach, tan, soft blush, and muted gold, which we were absolutely delighted to bring to life.

Romantic Gold, Peach, Tan & Blush Bridal Florals

To match Ieva’s vintage lace gown, we created a heavily-textured bridal bouquet featuring peach Juliet roses, tan spray roses, and delicate astilbe, bound with a soft gold satin ribbon. Her bridesmaids carried smaller, textured pastel posies that complemented their blush dresses beautifully. Alan and his groomsmen wore peach spray rose buttonholes with sage foliage accents, tying the bridal party look together.

Vintage Mill Styling & Gold Candelabra Centerpieces

In the ceremony space at the Shackleton Mill, we highlighted the water feature and historic stone walls with cascading greenery, lanterns, and gold drapes. For the reception, the dining tables were dressed with our vintage gold candelabras, wrapped in trailing jasmine vine and topped with peach, tan, and cream florals, creating a warm, historic glow across the room.
